- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1/2 cup Chia Seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Place your garnish into glass jars (for instance, sliced kiwi as pictured above)
- Pour mixture over the garnish into your glass containers.
- Top with dairy free whipped cream and blueberry preserve (or any topping of your choosing)
- Cover & place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
