Chia Pudding

Chia Pudding Vegan

prep 5 mins,  soak time 4-8 hours, yield 4 servings


  • 2 cups coconut milk 
  • 1/2 cup Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Place your garnish into glass jars (for instance, sliced kiwi as pictured above)
  3. Pour mixture over the garnish into your glass containers.
  4. Top with dairy free whipped cream and blueberry preserve (or any topping of your choosing) 
  5. Cover & place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
