One on one sessions
I am passionate about empowering my clients to make long lasting lifestyle transformations that are based on their bio-individuality and personal goals. During one-on-one personalized, confidential coaching sessions, I co-create a wellness map with my clients to reach their health and nutrition goals.
We meet for one hour bi-weekly for a 3 or 6 month customized program that is driven at the client’s own pace. No two programs are the same.
